Before I Bought A Pre-Workout...

As I am in the midst of scrambling together a formula of words to form sentence after sentence. I watch myself almost from the outside looking in....forming numerous paragraphs.

Checking back the first draft saying to myself "is it good enough?" and "what can i do better"

Again I type thoughts that manifest themselves into text for the reader to articulate. Another page now is complete but still..i ask: "is it good enough?" and "what can i do better"

I redraft my first draft, and continue sketching out with the alphabet...a clear image of what I envision.

And then it happens...writers block. No ideas, no purpose for questioning, nothing but the still silence of uncertainty as I stare blindly back at my screen.

It is in this moment that I am reminded of one of my idols famous quotes...yes...I can hear it repeating in my head over and over. Calming the anxiety, relieving the stress, able to think clearly, I breathe, exhale and continue on with my journey.

I'd like to share that quote with you:
