I just received my package with all the books for mst124 or essential mathematics 1, and it includes a mock exam and 7 books, I had a look at the mock exam and had to tidy up a puddle of brain matter. 3(2x+1)+x)(x-1) is the first question, im really going to have to hit the books if these kind of equations pop up. The last time I did any hard math was when I was in year 10, what makes it harder for me is I never did my GCSE'S because I left school for college 7 years ago and haven't really needed what I call hardcore maths, just glad when I was in school I was pretty decent in maths. That's all for now as I still have a puddle of brain matter to clear up and shuv back into my skull. Andrew H, AKA man with no brain.

future part two of two

Visible to anyone in the world
Carrying on from the last post I had a serious think about it and thought "why just China" there are many other countries out there begging for ESL (English Speaking Language) teachers, so I had a look on google about ESL teacher jobs in Asia and countries like china, Japan, south Korea, Thailand and a few more countries popped up, im just glad I still have a few more years to think about what country I want to teach in as I have to figure out the pros and cons of each country. And maybe some of you readers can help me choose such country, especially if you been to one as I have only been to Sharm el sheikh (yes it is in Asia, as asia overlaps into some of Egypt) so I have no real experience about them countries apart from what I have read online so it would be helpful to hear from people who have been to them countries. On another note, I found out yesterday that 4 can't of dark ale can give me a small hangover. Is that a sign that I can't drink as much of my favourite ale, if so I don't know what to drink anymore in that pub as it is also the cheapest drink at £3.60 a pint. Even if it is 1 of 11 pubs in the small town I live in its the only pub I have been going to since I turned 18 nearly 5 years ago, which has gone through 3 renovations, 5 landlords, 3 robberies, god knows how many bar fights and 3 lock ins since I started going there, and I don't want to change my local. Sigh, sorry about that, had to get that of my chest. Thinks this might be longer than my Christmas post, but til next time, Andrew H, aka My Rant

I have figured out what I want to do after I have finished my course, I want to teach in china, yep you read right, i did say china and i bet your saying to yourself "why do you want to teach in china" well i have thought about it for the past year or so and thought it would be a great idea, and the reason i haven't done it now is because you need a Batchelor degree to get a working visa. But why china ?, i love the culture and history behind the country and people, its a fascinating fascinatingly country (plus I love Chinese food) But why teach ?, I love working with young children and helping expand there knowledge of the world around them, and teaching them an important language as English ticks the box plus its teaching the future generation one of the most important languages. That's all for now till next time Andrew H, aka me china man

laziness

I really should update this more often, I don't know why I don't but its probably due to laziness and that I keep forgetting. I'm going to try doing at least one post per week and see how it goes, and use this blog to rant and rave about my (atm) boring life. Sooo, till next time Andrew h, aka my lazy and forgetful

Merry Christmas Everyone

Visible to anyone in the world
Merry Christmas everyone and have a great new year, I know I will with starting my degree with the OU and a long journey on getting my doctorate in natural science. As usual on Christmas morning you wake up and start on the first brew, then it clicks that its Christmas day, the day you spent weeks running about getting presents for friends and family knowing that its only going to get used once. You go into the living room where the Christmas tree is with maybe about 2 or 3, and you spend the next 5 boring minutes unwraping and making a mess that takes all day to tidy up to find out all you got was some smellies, a jumper that is either to big or to small and the one you brought yourself, some make up for you women and a new game for the xbox/ps3. And now that's done its time to start preparing the Christmas roast and the first drink of many that day, now time to sit down and wait for everyone to come over and get the "party" started and watch those Christmas films you have seen every Christmas for as long as you remember and then its time to eat then fall asleep or carry on drink till you fall and Christmas is over and roll on boxing day. As you can tell im not really into Christmas, I find it pointless nowadays with being broke plus its just me and my dad. If you are curious about what I got, I got a blue woolly jumper and a jacket so far till I get back home and finish unwraping the rest. Rant over and if you got to this point have a merry Christmas and a happy new year. Andrew H, AKA Christmas lover

Might as well start now, as they say "better late than never". Its not going to be that long as I am off out in a few minutes, but I received my package yesterday with my books, DVD, practical kit and booklets to get me started which I am excited about. I have just started reading the first book "global warming" and so far it is quit fascinating and I can't wait till I get a bit more time to read it, as Christmas is taking over my life at the moment. That will be all for now, got to go out Christmas shopping yay, I should post the next blog later on when I get back, till then keep on learning Andrew H, aka Mr Santa Clause P.S Merry Christmas
