Fees and Funding - Scotland

Hello. Are there any circumstances in which a potential student would be accepted for a SAAS part-time fee grant when their yearly salary exceeds the denoted 25k?

Good morning Ronnie, 

My understanding is that to be eligible for SAAS funding you need to be earning an average gross income of £25,000 or less a year, but if you're in receipt of any benefits as part of your income we'd suggest checking with SAAS. As with all funding bodies, the ultimate decision to award funding will rest with SAAS, so we urge students to contact them directly - https://www.saas.gov.uk/contact-us
