I have today registered for the Certificate of Higher Education in Arts and Humanities starting in February 2021. I was aware that in order to start in February 2021, I had to A. register, B. choose my module, C. confirm my payment method all by the 14th. I could do that today with ease, if not for the fact I had to wait a minimum of five days, up to a maximum of ten days, for another email. An email with details enabling me to login to your portal and execute these two tasks. I had left it late as I did not have knowledge of OUs existence until the 10th, and was researching it before making a decision that would change the course of my life. I have already registered, the optional module I want to do is Revolutions (A113), I will be paying by debit card. I hope this is simply a mistake as you advertise plainly on your website that "Registration closes 14th January for courses starting in February". If not, I will be pursuing a complaint against your institution.
