Status in the UK

Hi,

Does a student have to have a student visa if they are not a citizen? Is financial help available if one doesn't have status? Thanks!

You wouldn’t necessarily have to have a student visa but you would need to be in the UK legally if this is where you were studying from.  We aren’t able to help with student visa applications as we are a distance learning University and cannot meet the criteria for these.  However, as many of our qualifications and modules are available for study worldwide, you don’t need to be in the UK to study with us.  Funding options vary depending upon where you live and you can see more here:
