Is my university recognized?

I'm exploring an opportunity to enroll for the (r82) Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (graduate entry) course. I have a bachelor degree from the Higher School of Economics in Russia. Is this university considered recognised in the sense of your entry requirements terms?

Official translation of the diploma (degree certificate)

Thank you for swift answer!

One more question, if you don't mind. It says in the requirements that any non-english documents should be submitted with an official translation. What does exactly this term mean? What kind of translations are accepted?

My situations basically looks like this:

* My degree is in Russian university, so I have a Russian document.

* My residence now is in Georgia (country), and I can't go back to Russia anytime soon because of the Putin's war.

* I'm able to get the translation via Georgian notary, for example. Would that suffice?
