French

How possible would it be for me to study for a French degree? I have a Masters in English Literature,  but only an A level in French.

Hi Mary, it certainly is possible for you to study one of our French degrees. We don’t have a straight French degree available, however you can combine French studies with a range of subjects, including business, law or another language. There are no entry requirements for these qualifications, however, there’s a choice of starting points in the French element, your choice will depend on your current level of confidence and proficiency. I have attached a link to our French courses below:

Just to let you know the final enrolment date for courses starting in October is the 8th September. You can complete enrolment via StudentHome (https://msds.open.ac.uk/signon) or you can give Student Recruitment a call on 0300 303 5303 (Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30) where a colleague in the support team would be happy to complete your enrolment over the phone.

I hope this helps,

Dion
