Repaying OUSBA

'OUSBA pays your full module fee direct to OU. You then repay OUSBA interest-free and in full just before your module starts. 0% APR representative. This option could give you the extra time you may need to secure the funding to repay OUSBA.'

I'm going to be taking Accounting and Finance BSc. I'd just like to confirm that where it says I can repay OUSBA before my module starts, is this referring to the day the module will begin - 7th Oct 2023? Regardless of whether any materials have been sent out via post? 

I will have begun my full time job by then so I will be able to secure the payment of the module by that date.
