Hi there, we offer a range of early years courses, I have attached a link to these below:

https://www.open.ac.uk/courses/early-years

When studying with us you will study on a module by module basis. This means that you can pick your own study intensity, you can study full time or part time. Part time requires between 16 - 18 hours a week per 60 credit module. Full time requires 32 - 36 hours per week for 120 credits worth of study. If you start part time you can switch to full time if you so wish and if the module is available at that time. If you are intending to study part-time the minimum time to complete an undergraduate degree would be 6 years. However, if you are intending to study full-time you could complete your studies within 3 years. Most of our students study part time, completing 60 credits a year. This will usually mean studying for 16–18 hours a week.

Our undergraduate modules are taught by supported distance learning, which means that students usually study on a part-time basis, entirely from home. You will be sent written module material that is either sent to your home together with other learning materials such as books. All our modules require you to have regular access to a computer and are taught completely online.

The next starting date for most qualifications will be in October (with a small number in April). Registration for courses starting in October will open at the end of March and close on the 5th September. From late March you can register online (https://msds.open.ac.uk/signon) or by giving us a call on 0300 303 5303 (Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30). The website will update towards the end of March once registration has opened.

I hope this information helps and wish you a pleasant week!
