Education studies course

I am wanting to register for my first module for my education studies qualification but when I click on them it says I have to pay for them separately and do it independently and it won’t be a part of my qualification It also says I can’t use my tuition fee loan to pay for my module

How do I register for my modules to be apart of my qualification?

Hi,

Thank you.

I called the number to register for my modules and to set up how I would fund these (with student loan) however, I keep getting emails telling me to finish registration.

Will these stop within 7 days when I get my confirmation?

Many thanks,

Evie

Hi Evie,

As this is a public forum, we cannot take your details to check your record. However, if you have now applied for your Student Finance part time tuition fee loan you can now complete registration with your Student Finance Customer Reference Number (CRN) (if you have not already) via StudentHome https://msds.open.ac.uk/signon or you can give Student Recruitment a call on 0300 303 5303 (Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30) where a colleague in the team would be happy to take your CRN and complete your enrolment over the phone.

We allow students to register with unapproved Tuition Fee Loans on the agreement that they will endeavour to get the loan approved later.  At present a deadline date has not been finalised for modules starting in October, but deregistration will take many weeks after your module start. This gives students as long as possible to resolve any issues with their loan applications.

I hope this information helps and wish you a lovely day.
