Many of the key concepts are expressed best in the form of equations. Furthermore, practising solving problems using maths skills taught at Level 1 of our degree pathways is one of the most effective ways of improving your physics understanding. To reduce the risk of falling behind in the module, we strongly recommend that you revise and refresh your maths skills before getting started on the physics.
