CIPD Level 5 HR move to teaching degree, how?

Hi

I have gained thr CIPD Level 5 Human Resources award a few years back but now looking to move into secondary or primary school teaching.  I'm aware I probably have complete the PGCE 1 year course but I don't have a full undergraduate degree and wondering how do I 'topup' from my HND to a degree, if I can do it on open uni? And what course to pick? ANY help would be appreciated!
