Don't have a problem beginning with the letter 'Z'.

I'd like to zip a file. I look at the A to Z of questions for a 'Z' to click on some advice and find that the list in the OU Computer Help Desk that calls itself an 'A to Z' only goes up to 'Y'.

What the heck??
