Officially a Student

Visible to anyone in the world
Edited by Joseph Jensen, Wednesday, 2 Oct 2013, 23:21

Lots of yay at the moment,

I have a tutor, my tutorials are near where I live and I have got my NUS card. I am a student, sorted. Sent in my dummy TMA and introduced myself to my tutor. Still not actually done any unit 1 activities or read through the module materials.

However, I'm not going to go on to say that I have excuses for it, I would however suggest anyone reading this who is also on the W100 to check out this: http://learn1.open.ac.uk/mod/forumng/discuss.php?d=37593

Before I go on I should probably say I did Law at AS/A2 and did pretty well with it, I had a massive emotional meltdown before my exams in the end though so yeah, no university. Annnyywayy, what I am doing is re-reading all of my material from that. Which has been good, making sure I know some basic things:

  • Court structure
  • Process of law making
  • Appeals process

Plan is to start using the course materials once we get the question 'officially', because it has been brought to my attention that you can actually read TMA01 already.

So now its all very real, I can say I'm a student when people ask me and now I just need to find a crummy part time job to go along with it!

Hope everyone is excited
