Still, as it is Thursday, I must go food shopping (yummy!) In a few hours I’ll be off to my fav Tesco, the one in the ‘Art Deco’ Hoover Building in Perivale, W.London.
Normal service (if you can call it that) will be resumed shortly, with the continuation of all things blog-worthy - and no New Year resolutions to worry about.

So the Hoover building has changed into a Tesco, Pete? I used to live near there - in Greenford - and I worked in those bygone days at Rockware Glass in Rockware Avenue. You just gave me a blast from the past!

Yep, I see 'Hoover' every time I go to this Tesco! I have feeling it's been that way for a number of years, but I have only been using it for three or so... I used to use the Big one in Slough, and for a while I lived in Wiltshire, still managing to find good (and interesting) Tesco stores.
