hope all are well..

Short story(I'll fix it soon..)

nanacy was watching the world and looked down and and saw...letb the eye of imagination move in and see what he saw..hear what he heard..for nancy is wise and smiles muchly on small things...they are his ina very special way...

first he heard someone singing.."who is that singing such a good song" he thought to himself..for as everyone knows nancy loves music..to sing and dance and drink and get a little wild some..in fact nancy is just like us is'nt he really...

Anyway ..the song he heard was "the winds a woman babe..and the water is too..winds a woman babee..water is too...gonna be a fish, babe..an' i'll swim to you..swim to you...gonna jump right in baybee..an' swim to you.."..a graet funky little song ..namncy loved it..and then he saw little Bouki..all by himself at the side of the water..drawing of his pictures and a readin' o' his books..well little nancy thought..i'll keep an eye on this one...

now little bouki had been left alone for a day and night by his family because they gone to a party way owerr yonder.but he..little Bouki wanted to stay and read some and draw some..and anyway..things still needed to happen on the farm on the Little hillside where he lived..so he did his chores and eat some and then sat by the river..for he loved that river..and sat writing his songs and drawing his pictures..

now..bouki had a Nuncle...not a good man..yer can tell..look at that nose...the twist in the smile as he walkin' down towards that farm where bouki was..ALL ALONE..."m'gonna go down an' get me some from that lil bouki so i am" and he walked...and walked and soon  he was standing before lil bouki.."lil bouki...you here alone..well....why'n i stay here wid you.." Now Bouki knew this uncle was'nt a good uncle..he smelled mean and bad...and he did'n' like the way he stood so..he said "yep i alone..but you can't stay here..cause i ain't..soon am a go up to yonder further up the hill to a cave i know and there i'll sleep the night".. this pleased uncle gee..and he said.."wel..later on why'n i join you..later on"..and Bouki agreed... so..later on ..uncle gee went up that hill yonder..and it was dark and none could see..not anyone could see..and he went in that cave and shouted "Is that you in there..is that you" and Tiger smiled and thought "MEAT" so in a small boys whisper he said "yes..its me..its me come in" and whistlin' a abd song uncle gee just tripped on in there...and tiger smiled..and tore and reneded and let all that bad blood of Uncle gee's out....

and nancy laughed and danced and laughed again for he had kept an eye on little bouki..and he went down and said to him.."that is a sure fine tricvk you played on uncle gee..can i have it" and Bouki said yes..and both sat laughing and sang.. "the winds a woman babe..the water too..the winds a woman babe..the water too...gonna be a fish babe..and swim in you..swim in you..gonna be a fish babee.an' swim inyou"..

Its a very short version of a story i read last night...I'll fix it up and put it back on...

sorry for any mistakes but i was improvising while i wrote it9which is how Anansi stories should be...outloud i would improvise the actions and voices too....its meant to be read out loud to music and clapping etc..

Anyway..got to go...i smell again..and the library have been lenient enough with me...so i thank them for their patience and grace(Again..)..and speak soon...

hope your studies going well..if these images and text come in handy..feel free..

be well

Yes, very reminiscent of that style of writing I enjoyed it. Very good.
