...to meet up with Richard and go to Pizza Express!
Mainly due to the car going back to the garage on Monday, 4th (for exhaust work to get it through the MOT which it failed a few weeks back) I couldn’t do my usual Monday shop in Perivale’s Tesco. Instead, it seemed like a good idea to arrange to see Richard for Sunday Lunch (at PE, of course!) and do my shopping in the Tesco near to where he lives, not far from Luton and Dunstable Hospital.
And so I did
The Costa Coffee inside this Tesco also serves a good espressos, and the two I had went along way to make up for the lack of Workshop Coffee that I usually enjoy when in West London.
In fact, not only were the espressos good (and better than most of the recent ones in the equivalent Costa in Perivale ) the pizza’s were also v.good.
Luton PE has not been so good lately, but this time was the best this year, and not far off some of the better ones in London. The traffic to-and-fro was clear and flowing well, so all-in-all, a good Sunday out with Richard.
Right then, until 16th August, I’m back to my M140 stats, with TMA 04 underway followed by a couple of iCMA’s and the EMA to prepare for.
Any excuse...
