I just received my package with all the books for mst124 or essential mathematics 1, and it includes a mock exam and 7 books, I had a look at the mock exam and had to tidy up a puddle of brain matter. 3(2x+1)+x)(x-1) is the first question, im really going to have to hit the books if these kind of equations pop up. The last time I did any hard math was when I was in year 10, what makes it harder for me is I never did my GCSE'S because I left school for college 7 years ago and haven't really needed what I call hardcore maths, just glad when I was in school I was pretty decent in maths.
