Mindfulness appears to have found its way into many psychological therapies over the last decade or so. I think they are called 'third wave' therapies or something like that. It is recommended that therapists using mindfulness should participate themselves. Since I've just pulled a hamstring muscle due to carelessness, maybe I need to go about my live in a more 'mindful' manner and be less driven by the next item on my 'to do' list.

Can't say I've stuck to my previous comments about trying to be more 'mindful' as I go about my daily business. However, maybe it takes some time to inculcate this way of operating.
