Builder began demolishing our back porch today (well this should fix the damp problem forever).  Sent him a message suggesting he could smile for the webcams I'm watching on my phone & also to keep moving while drinking his tea as otherwise it looks as if the image is buffering.
We've known him for decades & there are no webcams (bet some people do it though).
5 weeks without a kitchen, Wendy is not going to be happy & apparently where my espresso machine sits is not a priority!
