Oh dear! You could block him/her, or anyone else that you don't want to be able to see you. I used to have a massive block list, but I don't bother anymore.
My fb wall gets periodically deleted, but yeah, it is a little busy at the mo!
You can always deactivate your account if the pressure gets too much!
