When are you going to stop beating yourself up about stuff that you had no control of? It is OK to externalize blame you know.
The next time it's pissing with rain go for a walk, you won't come back with much on you mind but a desire for warmth and dryness.

Waiting for the rain! I actually got a little soaked today, but it was a post-therapy soaking, so they sort of balanced each other out.
