We use Riverford. They've had trouble with some of the potato crops but not all. Summer greens and fruit were sorely lacking though. They've suffered this year for sure.
You're wise. I like the idea of them but when it comes to it I don't tend to do much more than walk past.
The news sheets are great. I particularly like the ranty ones, but also the ones explaining the various reasons for the colours, shapes, textures etc. and all the innovative ways for dealing with the ever-present pests. You get a couple of recipes as well.

I've not been able to grow carrots in this garden. Potatoes do well though, even this year

Thanks Rosie, I'll check them out. I like the idea of the news sheet with them.
I find the enforced "jollity" and "tat" selling at christmas markets somewhat depressing. I tend to avoid them.
