well today was not as productive as yesterday has had 2 appointments to attend which messed up my routine. I feel happy that i am still trying though as normally i will just give up when i feel like this, so some progress!
Tomorrow i will work the way i did yesterday as i felt this was productive for me.
The spray diagrams i was introduced to today do not help me at all so i will ignore them and use what is best for me.
