So trying to get to grips with Faustus, and struggling a bit but am determined to master it, definately better to listen and read at the same time and am making process. Am going to listen/read it through one more time before returning to the study text hopefully tomorrow.. it is a fascinating play, with a lot of sub text, but so difficult to read at the moment.. would be great to get some tips from somewhere..
Still heavily jet lagged, but it is clearing. Almost like being sick and knew how it can debilitate you, but doesn't make it any easier..

I had a colleague who did computer support for British Airways at every airport they flew to; he regularly visited them at short notice round the world.
His solution to jetlag from long flights was:
- if it is a short visit (under 24 hours), do not change your watch, continue on UK time and ignore local time. No jetlag.
- if it is more than 48 hours, get blind drunk on the flight home. When you wake up after a skinful you never know what time or day it is anyway so one automatically adjusts to local time. Hangover, but no jetlag.
