First assignment submitted! And before the deadline too. It was a very nerve-racking ordeal though: I was paranoid I'd formatted it wrong or written something stupid. Ah well. Only time will tell now.
I've started reading the chapter on Cezanne in the AA100 book. It's proving to be an interesting read. But I think I'm more interested in the art techniques than the artist. Personally, I don't like his style.

Impressed your already done with the TMA! I am still at the draft stage but at least have got 500 words down for both... hearing lots of bad about Cezanne, but personally am quite fascinated...

Sorry for the late reply, Les. His stuff is fascinating. Although I don't like his stuff, I admire the bravery it must have taken him to move away from tradition – I bet at times it felt like career suicide! And I also appreciate the influence he had on other artists who would later define the modernist period.
