Justine, really feel like I've struck gold!
Was looking for a fellow tutor group member's blog on accountability and came across yours. You epitomise the 10 norms as described by Stoll and Fink - if not in your own school then as part of a community through the OU RfP group.
You've got me thinking about how to turn my words into actions.
