Yesterday I decided not to study despite having a free afternoon. My doctorate was beginning to
take over my every thought and my experience of hypomania tells me that I need
to take a break. So I spent the afternoon on my spinning wheel instead 😊
Oh, and it was my 20th wedding anniversary so we
went out and had a lovely dinner at Trinity. Where I may possibly have
discussed my research with my husband. But I let him chat about work too.
Feeling much clearer in thought today. Rests are an important part of maintaining resilience.
A time to rest
