my phone at the point of delivery. Whereby the information on my
phone will inform me of location (residency or other point of
rendezvous). In actuality this form of encoding is that versatile it
could be even integrated with lock & storage system such as those
used at public post boxes. The ideation of patterned data / dotted
matrice / matrix displays, can be traced back to the 70's and beyond
(at least in addition of 2 decades). With little known or publicly
recognized; inventions such as the Von Neumann camera and flip board
public information systems - spotted at public train stations in the
80's. This study has many interesting aspects, not least the
combination of ideas and techniques bourne out of looking at the
topic down to its physical properties.
