If I set my "Who can read this?" option to "Visible to anyone in the world", how does that work? Anyone try this?

If you press visible to anyone in the world. Your blog appears on the internet under your name when you put it in google search "barabara Clough blog open university" and anyone can see it, also face book or twitter.
