Hi all

We had a great staff development session last week in the Gateshead centre.

There were about 40 Arts ALs and senior managers present.

Hey Nick, what a great idea! Definitely one to keep. My only criticism is that you moved too much, I thought you were going to fall of your chair at one point and it makes it really hard to watch you sometimes, but aside from that I thought it really was great way to communicate with us.
