If you have been harassed or discriminated against at work, your employer will not be able to legally stop you from speaking out with a nondisclosure agreement anymore.

Victims Get the Choice

New rules will allow Non-Disclosure Agreements only if:

I. The victim asks for it

II. There’s no pressure to sign

III. They get independent legal advice
