International Conference on Educational and Life Transitions (ICELT 2025) (21st Aug-23rd Aug, 2025

Visible to anyone in the world
I am incredibly delighted to have presented two deeply meaningful pieces of research at the International Conference on Educational and Life Transitions (ICELT 2025) (21st Aug-23rd Aug, 2025)— International Conference on Educational and Life Transitions (ICELT) | University of Dundee, UK (https://lnkd.in/eKmjHWCw), a space that celebrates educational and life transitions, and transformative education. Great to learn, interact and catch up with the changing landscape and pedagogy of transition across the globe.

“Exploring the Transitions of Neurodivergent Access Students to Level One Study: Narratives of Study Skills and Support”
This presentation gave voice to neurodivergent students navigating the transition from Access modules to Level 1 study. Their stories revealed the importance of personalised support, inclusive pedagogy, and the power of listening.

“International Transitions for Parents of South Asian Origin to the UK – Windows of Parenting”
This research explored the emotional and cultural journeys of South Asian parents adapting to life in the UK. Their narratives highlighted the complexities of identity, belonging, and intergenerational expectations.

A heartfelt thank you to Divya Jindal-Snape and team for their support and to the University of Dundee for hosting such a thoughtful and inclusive conference. ICELT continues to be a space where research meets empathy, and where voices from the margins are brought to the centre.
