I broke my wrist 4 weeks ago on a long walk. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back to work because apparently it's against the Law to drive in Plaster as it restricts your movement, plus the pain. I managed to catch up with my Studies. How are you getting on with your studies, and how are you working? I broke my right wrist, meaning that was the hand I wrote with, but I am slowly starting to type with it again after strongly trying to use my left hand. Looking forward to going back to work, plus enjoying getting engrossed with my studying.

Walking where you go sounds dangerous to me.
Could you have a knob fitted to your steering wheel and register your car as modified? Gear-changes are with your left hand so...your right wrist would never need to flex.
