Sucker for punishment?

Visible to anyone in the world

Well,

I am starting another year of studies with the OU, one step closer to my degree and New York city - which will be my graduation present ;o)

I am doing M257, M364 and T214 (again) this year, and I hope to be able to keep my wits about me.  THings have been quite difficult lately with teh lack of sun in Moscow and family things complicating things, but I have decided that if I go down it will not be without a fight.  Becuase life is too short, becuase I owe it to myself, becuase it is fun... whatever!

I have started working on M257 although it does not quit officially open yet.  Now, having done 2 Java courses before you'd think this would be an easy one for me but no way!  I can barely remember half the stuff... I am hoping it is like riding a bike.

I decided to not do the artificial intelligence course and instead enrolled in M364 which is about interaction design.  That is the cours that has me excited.  I like design and so am hping that it will be both benficial and rewarding to do M364.

As my degree is in Systems Pactice I have no option but to plough on down that route now if I want to graduate in teh right time, so I am having another go at T214.  I am trying to avoid min traps, lets see how that works out for me.

Right, that's all for now.

By the way, here is an easy dinner recipe for you (if you've read this far you certainly deserve a little reat).

You wil need: 3/4 chicken breasts, 2 egs, bread crumbs (or crushed weatabix or even corn flakes) and flour, seasoning and salt.  Optional: soy sauce

Clean up the chicken (take off skin and the white fatty stuff).  Cut the chicken breast in small strips/chunks and let marinade in soy sauce for a few minutes.

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.

Mix some bread crumbs/smashed corn flakes and flour, salt and seasioning (I have used things like garlic salt with parsley for example), and a pinch of salt.

Put a frying pan on the hob and heat it up with some oil in it (olive oil is healtier).

Pass the chicken though the egg, then through the crumb mix, and then in the pan when the oil is hot.  Cook until golden and then place on a plate with kitchen roll to absorbe a bit of the fat.

Let cool a bit, then sit back and relax your home made nuggets whist you mull over the Java code that will not compile ;o)

Ciao bello
