What a fabulous morning of reiteration. It really is two steps forward one step back but i do feel i am getting somewhere. It started with my attempt to do a Stakeholder analysis. I still haven't succeeded. I am going to have to do two. One for the S1 part of me doing T847 (Beneficiary: me) and one for the S2 part of the research into the situation of interest (Beneficiary: AWARD Fellows). I am still getting them mixed up.
Anyway, I started with the PQR below and tried to CATWOE it, but it started slipping around (maybe for the S1/S2 conflation i mentioned). So i started focusing only on the T.
AWARD alumnae's trajectories are left to be ad hoc --> AWARD alumnae's trajectories are "managed" (in an Ison sense of opening spaces)
A system to enable the continuation and development of fellows's trajectories post-AWARD by developing experiential and theory-based recommendations in order to contribute to transformative institutional change
All i have done is change the level of analysis and this is not helping me with T847. So I am trying to see T847 as a subsystem of that. Now i realize the way I conceptualize this alumnae body is as a system of its own with AWARD in its environment and with the two feeding into each other. So what i want T847 is to contribute to catalyzing that new system. If possible. But in 6 months i think the most i can do is make recommendations on how to do that.
So,
a system to make recommendations about how to catalyze the development of a self-organizing entity of AWARD alumnae, in order to contribute to ongoing transformative societal change, by exploring relevant theory and experiences.
