I bummed a course earlier this year by messing around and not working 'properly' on the ema. I did a much better job on the last ema, and I know that before I even have the results. Point is, we make effort to not make exactly the same mistake again. I have every confidence that you know what you can do differently. And I would bet that you do. Also, it wouldn't surprise me if you haven't done as bad as you think. But, only time will tell...
Neil, sorry things didn't seem that good today, but you will bounce back and there will be other chances to improve, so don't despair. Sometimes life gets in the way and it can severely affect motivation. You don't sound at all lazy to me. Chin up .
When I took up this blogging lark I promised myself that I'd tell it like I felt at that moment so that others could judge. So the good and the bad must be there.
