it is all about how you see the things

Visible to anyone in the world

And your ability to describe, in some media, how you saw the things that you see'd.

Let's settle for words as our media, shall we? And let us take a very basic base case:

How did it feel the first time you realized that another person was attracted to you? Can you describe that feeling?

My guess is that you can remember, my guess is that you can describe that feeling, my guess is that you won't describe that feeling, my guess is that you don't like thinking about this.

These questions seem pointed, rhetorical even, but here's how I see it anyhow...

When you are attracted to someone, you imagine they reciprocate and you imagine they don't; prepare yourself for either outcome.  Evidence gathers on one side or the other so that reciprocation becomes more or less likely, but the realization is a gradual dawning rather than an epiphany, therefore difficult to describe as a single feeling.

Is there a points system in place?  Do I win?

No, Neil, having thought about it I came back to say I don't like it and that people returning any feelings are very unusual.

The feeling of very slight inferiority helps quite a bit for some parts of me.

. . . . . . . there, look how you've made me feel!

@all

I find it very hard to understand that anyone has a view about me; the first time I met someone, who clearly, saw me as anything else as just that body in the corner was somewhat awful.

That said, I was just shooting my mouth.
