Surely we are seeing that companies and individuals are being given legal advice. This legal advice is sometimes erronious. Surely, it is time that companies stopped hiding behind their legal advice, and that all advice was actually tested in front of an impartial judge. There must be an investigation by the Law Society into legal advice.
