Was it only three posts ago i was looking forward to son #1's university open day in Portsmouth?
Then England went and played their way into the world cup quarter finals...
Now we will have to rush back from the open day for 3pm to watch it...
Saturday 7th of July 2018 will indeed be a day to remember....

It's a game of football Simon.
England are playing in the quarter final of the World Cup. They will be lining up against a plucky Swedish team... the winners to play the VAR assisted hosts, Russia or Croatia... a former Russian team.

It was an occasional topic of conversation among the 23 other attendees and two trainers this afternoon. I spent it all in a Motorway Driving Awareness Course.
