Well I got the results and the feedback from my first TMA and I was shocked, it definitely has given me food for thought. I was far too complacent and I was in too much of a rush, I love feedback, I love knowing how I can better myself and now i know I have TMA 2 to check out out whether I understood the feedback and more importantly whether I have acted on it. The whole process of self development and personal growth really appeals to me.

I dont care to be the best, know the most or have bells and whistles attached to any kind of knowledge I gain, I simply want to know, as long as I know I'm happy. With the knowledge gained it would enable me to present myself with confidence and safety, instead of the "fake until you make it" attitude that is so easy to hide behind. My whole learning structure through life has been "know as much as you need to know" "bluffing" "mumbles" "if it was black tell them its white".

School for a Romany boy is not the same as school for gorgers (non gypsies) please do believe mainstream media that tell people the word gorger is a derogatory word for non gypsies, this is simply not true. Many of you will not know that Romany gypsies originate from Punjab in north India. Indian gypsies were responsible for making all the metal work that was used in Indian civil wars in the Sikh wars against the British.

The word gorger derives from the Indian word "gora" meaning white, this is what Indian people call white people. The word gypsy comes from the word Egyptian as it too be believed that, as gypsies migrated through eastern Europe they were said to resemble Egyptians. Our learning journey is so contrast it is unbelievable, school for a Romany boy is too learn the basics, reading, writing and arithmetic, as soon as the boy has an understanding then he is taken from school to be schooled the Romany way, self efficient, self sufficient, taught to fight, taught to trade (always something for something never something for nothing) and taught to rear horses, all of which take place as soon as we are able to comprehend.

It is this, that is the driving force of my studies, I am literally going back to school. I chose to opt out of the lifestyle I was trained for and now I find myself here embarking on a whole new way of life
