Listening to Daniel Susskind had me reaching to Amazon so I have his book and will be reading it in any break I get today.

The book arrived 22 hours later. Hardback. I am less inclined to go Kindle with a book I want to share with others and discuss. I may well read this through, take notes on a second read then pass it onto someone else. At which point I might get the Kindle version as a reference copy.
