My garden is where I like to go and sit out in when the weather is good and when the sun is shining. A garden is very good for mental well being.
In the bad weather, like today, I like to just sit and look out at it through the windows. My home has two gardens.

At the front I can see a large green lawn. There are trees at the right hand side, well maintained by my neighbours as they like to have plenty of light

There is also a beautiful display of peonies 🌺 on the right hand side, with the most brightest, pinkest flowers ever. It really cheers me up every spring to see this. A pink cherry blossom tree is at the far bottom right corner of the garden which is very pretty and is now in bloom. Sadly it doesn't last for long. 🌺
To the left of the lawn beyond the footpath there is a picket fence along which there is a border with various flowers. This changes throughout the year.
At the moment there are the marigolds, daisies, yellow proimroses, blue forget- me- nots, 🌸🌻💐🦋🌼🥀🌺🌾
Near the front door is a trellis where red roses are just coming through at the moment, by the summer hopefully, there will be a wonderful display of red roses, all around my front door. 🌹🌹 🌹 A bright green bench overlooks the lawn on the left..🌳 🛋🌳
I have a cottage garden beneath the front window. There is a large rectangular border with different pots of plants some planted last year and some this year. Hopefully these will soon all be coming out in the summer. Rows of bright red Geraniums, pink geraniums & whites. purple and white. 🌸🌼🌻⚘
🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲The back garden is much more secluded, and is more private for sitting in, as it is surrounded by lots of tall trees, some forming a natural canopy under which is a pic-nic table. 🪑🛋🪑🌴
There is a patio area in front of the french window with rattan seating and plants. There are pots of plants around the patio area. In front of this a small lawn with small plum tree that holds the bird table.

Beneath the tall evergreen trees
there are placed two white chairs on the small lawn with tubs of flowers either side of them. There is a pebbled area to the right of footpath with lots plant pots some flowering, and a fountain.

The best feature of the back garden is the seclusion and all the huge overhanging trees at the side(needs lots of attention!) but it's good because it just feels like I'm living in the woods! 🌲🌲🌲 🏡🌲🌲🌲
