DWP Reform, Challenge and Questions.

Visible to anyone in the world

Are any of the high ranking officials of the DWP willing to  take up the challenge and live by the new reforms for 6 months to have an understanding of what this will be like ?

Applying for a job outside your sector. A C.V. with no relevant experience to the job your applying for how likely are you to actually get the job? What difficulties will that pose to the employer and employee?

Is it right that you should be sanctioned ?

What will the turnover of staff be ? Will that be benefitting the employer and the employee ?

Have the DWP any idea of what it will be like for employers or is that just an assumption on their part ? (external costs?)

Are employers from all business big and small  expected to foot the bill for the adaptations to accommodate people with various disabilities, and will there be access to free training by the DWP  for employers in relation to understanding certain types of disability needs within their workforce which can include absences  ?

Will the employer be providing suitable working environments for people with mental health and anxiety issues such as  'quiet spaces' ?

Will there be regular and efficient  public transport links to accommodate all such as, suitable access for people with disabilities and for  people who live in rural areas?

What will be the provision for childcare ? Will there be more crèches' within the working environment ?

Will people on a low wage not be penalized for working extra hours ?

Are these reforms part of a greater plan for inclusion, diversity and equality (ideally )or is this due to the reality of a  shortfall of migrant workers due to Brexit  and an aging population ?
