It appears we are hiding behind technology to decide the countries fate because as humans, we appear to struggle and fear the emotions of making mistakes or being told that we maybe wrong, (failure is not an option!) Our planet is deteriorating for the wants and needs of gadgets to assist with creating a personal avoidance society fearful of any human interaction. How much do we exploit society through the use of technology ? Mobile phones and computers sites used for personal vendettas to business and governments that believe by hiding through computers and algorisms they are devoid of all responsibility.
Artificial Intelligence used for recruiting. Have we lost the function to judge people without searching for their information on social media sites ? How many talented people have been overlooked due to their alter ego's of the past ? How have we got to a machine making judgements on who is suitable? Is it because we are unable to use our own intuition and judgements or is the natural emotional feeling of being either right or wrong something we can just not endure?
