I am wondering why the UK government now feel that the time maybe right to use agency workers to take over from those that wish to strike for increased pay.
The outcry when P and O sacked their workers and replaced them with agency workers seems to of ceased and it appears that the government, now feel that because people wish to strike for their pay increase it is ok to put agency workers in their place !
What has happened to the concern of 'health and safety ?'
How is it that those with the big bonuses and pay checks are not being held accountable for these issues that are bringing the country to a halt?
Who decides the going rate for those at the top and why is it their pay rate never decreases in accordance with their lack of performance ?
