My friend and I have been doing some exercises in the back garden. During the lock down in the pandemic, and respecting keeping social distancing, we had started some sessions of keep fit exercises in the garden, so we decided to resume again, doing some simple exercises over the summer and maybe even invite a few more along with us. There is only three of us at present. We also used some light weights to be held in the hands. These are not very heavy at all, but in combination with the exercises, it makes it a little bit different and challenging! It is pleasant in the warm weather. At the moment, we doing keep- fit in friends garden. Finding the early mornings are a bit cooler to practise in this weather, the trees provide excellent shade! For the time being we stick to half an hour- 3/4 of an hour, that is because we not so young anymore! lol! 🏋️♀️🏋️♀️🤸♂️🕺🏃♂️🏃♀️
Keeping - Fit in the Garden
