Visible to anyone in the world

Can you draw 5 circles so every dot lies on at lease one circle?

My solution is in the Comments.

Since writing this I found a blog where the author has written a program to search for solutions and found 84 essentially different ones. This is a very interesting puzzle, I don't know of any research to find the minimum number of circle for the n multiplication n case, or to find estimates or bounds for the number of solutions. My intuition is that it's a difficult problem and a general solutions would be elusive.
