I was just thinking I don't think aliens would want to eat humans. We have different DNA from them and eating a lifeform from Earth might poison them.
They might want the planet though. Habitable worlds are very rare. Wood is actually the most precious resource we have. Far more valuable than diamonds and gold. Apparently there are entire planets made of diamonds, and gold is pretty abundant in the solar system. But wood is extremely rare.
We should take care of this Earth, it is a precious jewel in the galaxy.
