I've got indigestion of the head and stomach; the mind is full and the gut is suffering from conference coffee.

A second day is the right way to do this; we know our way around. Over night I've planned all the seminars I wish to attend and all the stands I need to visit; anything else would be a bonus. With two of us we can cover things we may otherwise miss. At one stage three Brighton agencies, Brightwave, Kineo and Epic are presenting simultaneously.

My day starts twit ha visit to Raise the Bar and a discussion with Jonathan Stanger on how they take large groups of people and put them through a day or half day course with an inspirational person/presenter, with my interest in swimming this might mean Steve Parry.
